2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup apple cider
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/2 head green cabbage cored and finely shredded
1 granny smith apple, peeled, cored and coarsely grated.
3/4 cup chopped and toasted walnuts
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley

Directions:

In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, vinegar, cider, salt and pepper until smooth. Toss together the cabbage and apple in a large bowl to evenly mix. Add the dressing, walnuts and parsley and toss to blend. Refrigerate the slaw, covered, for 1 hour before serving.
