Ingredients:  
3 - 6oz pkg semi sweet chocolate chips
1- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
1 cup walnuts, chopped
Cook over low heat until chips melt (In heavy pan), remove from heat and add vanilla and nuts.

Directions:

Spread mixture into 8" square pan lined with waxpaper.
Cool. Refrigerate 2 hours . Cut in 36 pieces.
