3/4 cup heavy cream
1 medium garlic clove thinly sliced
6 oz. crumbled blue cheese
fresh ground pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan bring cream and garlic to boil (medium high heat). Lower heat and simmer 5-10 min. Stir in crumbled blue cheese.

This is a wonderful sauce for prime rib and steaks.
