4-6 large potatoes, sliced or cut in chunks (your preference) and cooked until tender.
6 slices bacon
1/2 cup white or cider vinegar
1 Tbsp sugar
1 cup bouillon
Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat large saute pan on medium heat. Cut bacon into 1/4 inch pieces. Cook bacon in pan until crisp; 3-4 minutes. Stir sugar and vinegar into pan; cook 1-2 minutes until sugar dissolve. Stir in potatoes and bouillon; cover and cook 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally until potatoes break down slightly and sauce has thickened. Salt and pepper to taste.
