1/2 cup butter or oleo
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup confectionary sugar
1 cup walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter and add brown sugar. Cook 2 minutes on low and stir.
2. Add milk bringing to boil. Cool to room tempeture.
3. Beat in confectionary sugar until thick.
4. Stir in nuts and spread in a 8" greased pan. Keep refridgerated.
