5 c. Flour
3/4 lb. Lard (yes - lard)
3/4 c. Sugar
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 c. Pineapple Juice or as much as needed

Cinnamon/Sugar Mixture:
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and lard together. Add eggs and beat. Add dry ingredients and pineapple juice. Mix well.

Chill dough and roll out on floured surface. Cut with cookie cutters.

Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Roll hot cookies in the cinnamon/sugar mixture and cool.
