1 & 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 & 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 c. cut, fresh or cooked corn
Oil for deep frying

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, measure, and resift with baking powder and salt. Combine beaten egg and milk, mixing well; add to flour mixture all at once and stir until smooth. Fold in thoroughly drained corn. Drop from a teaspoon into deep oil heated to 375º and fry until golden brown on all sides.
