2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, vanilla, oil and sugar together. Add zucchini, flour, salt, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts. Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour in 325 º.
