2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice (put slices in the blender to crush)

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, sugar, baking soda and pineapple. Grease and flour13X9 pan. Mix all ingredients together by hand, pour into pan and bake at 350°F for 30 min. Top with powdered sugar.
