1/2 container Quark (sour cream)
4 T. lemon juice
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery salt
dash pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 kg (1 lb.) chicken breasts, fillet and halve lengthwise

Directions:
Directions:
Fillet and halve lengthwise chicken breasts (or buy “al filete”). Cover both sides with the mixture and marinate in fridge overnight. Crush Ritz-type crackers and roll chicken in this. Place chicken pieces in a dish well-greased with bacon grease. Bake uncovered 25 minutes at 350° F or until done. Should be crusty, but do not over bake.
