2 cans of artichoke hearts, drained well
1 c. of mayonnaise
3/4 c. of Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mash or chop artichokes and mix with mayo and Parmesan. Place in small casserole dish. Bake at 325 F for 30-35 minutes. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
