2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 T. oil
1 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat milk and eggs. Sift sugar, salt and flour together. Add vanilla then melted butter. Make in a stick-free skillet. Put in a little oil and heat. Pour in some batter. Cook on one side and then flip and cook on the other. Once done they should be thin and you should be able to roll them up. Serve with toppings such as fruit, whip cream or butter and syrup.
