1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. cooked pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing:
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. maple flavor
milk to consistency

Pre-heat oven to 375°F (190°C) In one bowl stir together soda, cinnamon, salt and flour. In second bowl mix butter, sugar, and pumpkin. Stir out lumps. Mix in egg and vanilla. Add flour mix to egg mix. Drop onto un-greased baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes. Let cool before icing.
