One sleeve saltines crushed
2 Tbsp butter
Onion, celery, parsley (as much as you want)
1 egg beaten
Chicken broth (canned)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chopped onion, celery and parsley in butter. Add saltines and beaten egg along with enough broth to moisten. Stuff, turkey, chicken, parkchops, etc. Multiply this recipe for larger amounts. Twenty pound turkey will take about 4 sleeves of crackers.
