4 thick pork chops
1- 10 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 tsp caraway seed
1/8 tsp salt
generous dash pepper
1 small head cabbage (about 1lb.) cut in four wedges
2 cups celery
1 cup sliced carrots

Directions:

In large skillet brown chops; pour off fat. Stir in soup, milk, onion and seasonings.Cover; cook over low heat for 25 minutes. Add vegetables, cook 45 minutes more or until done. Stir occasionally. Uncover; cook to desired consistency.
This recipe earned "Honorable Mention" in the Wisconsin State Journal cooking contest.
