1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
2/3 c. chopped pecans
3 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 large container of cool whip
3 c. milk
1 large pkg. instant pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the flour, butter, pecans, and 2 tsp vanilla. Press into a 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350º for about 30 minutes. DO NOT BROWN. Beat the cream cheese with the sugar, powdered sugar, and cool whip. Pour and spread over cooled crust. Mix the milk with the instant pudding and add 1 tsp vanilla. Beat until thick. Pour over cream cheese layer.
TOP LAYER: add remainder of cool whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
