1 pound green beans
1 Tbsp butter
1 minced garlic clove
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook green beans until crisp-tender. Drain. Plunge beans into ice water to stop cooking process; drain. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; saute 1 minute. Stir in salt and pepper. Cook about 4 minutes or until hot. Drizzle w/1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice before serving.
