3 sticks of butter softened (salted)
3 cups of sugar
1 8oz cream cheese softened
4 cups cake flour (sifted)
6 eggs (room temperature)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon extract
1/2 tsp butter extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and gradually add sugar at medium speed. Add cream cheese blend until light and fluffy. Begin to add flour and eggs alternating with flour and then eggs one at a time (begin and end with flour). Stir in flavorings and poor batter in a 10" bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1hour and 15 minutes. Cool ten minutes in pan, turn out then cool completely.

Pound cake is delicious alone but I like to add Grandma Ann's Caramel Frosting.
