2 1/2 gal. apple cider
1/3 lb. brown sugar
12 oz. can of frozen concentrated lemon juice
12 oz. can of frozen concentrated orange juice
Spice bag containing whole cloves, allspice, cinnamon sticks
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cider, brown sugar, and concentrated juices. Bring to a simmer (do not boil). Add spice bag. Simmer 20 minutes and then remove spice bag. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
