4 c. dry bread crumbs
3 T. chopped onion (real or dry)
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Sage to taste (optional)
Celery or celery seed to taste
Hot water to moisten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread, onion and seasonings. Add butter and water to moisten. Toss gently to mix.

Allow one cup of stuffing for each pound of poultry or game.
