Topping: Sauté 1/2 lb. hot sausage with onions and green peppers.

Prepare pizza dough with sauce. Cover the sauce with grated mild Cheddar and Monterrey Jack cheese. Spread the topping over the cheese and add mushrooms. Spread more cheese over the toppings. Bake and enjoy.
