1 package of sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Peach preserves
Sliced bananas, grapes, maraschino cherries, orange sections, pineapple, kiwi fruit
Lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Press cookie dough into pizza pan. Bake according to recipe directions. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together in bowl. Spread over cooled cookie. Dip bananas in lemon juice. Arrange fruit over crust. Thin peach preserves with a small amount of water and pour over fruit.
