1 yellow cake mix
1/8 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
2/3 cup rum (light)
2/3 cup water
1 very ripe banana (mashed)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease & flour two 9" cake pans. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and blend well. Pout batter into pans and bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before removing from pans or frosting.
