1/3 cup milk
3 T. flour
combine in saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. cook for a couple minutes. Cool.
When cool, whip in the following until stiff
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
add a dash of salt and 1/2 tsp vanilla
