Ingredients:  
1 cup margarine softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
4 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
Jam or Jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Stir in flour and if necessary chill until firm enough to handle. With floured hands, roll in 1" balls. Put 1 1/2" apart on cookie sheet. Using a lightly floured thimble make a small indentation in center of each cookie, fill with Jam.

Bake in pre-heated oven at 325º for about 25 minutes. Cool on rack. Makes about 4 dozen.
