1 head escarole
1 can white cannelloni beans
Onion
Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Clean, wash, cut escarole (cut each piece into 1/2 or 1/3). Cook in boiling water until tender. Drain. Put oil in saucepan, saute onion and garlic. Add 1 can beans - juice and all. Add 1 can water and boil until beans are tender. Add escarole to beans and bring to boil.
