Potatoes
1 1/2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 stick butter
Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel & slice potatoes (round). Mix flour, salt & pepper together. Layer potatoes and sprinkle flour mixture on each layer. Cheese can also be added to each layer (optional). Pour milk over potatoes. Liquid should be just below first layer. Cut up butter and put on top. Cover and bake at 375º for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 30 to 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
