Thin Round Steak
Salt
Pepper
Garlic (chopped fine)
Basil
Bread crumbs - wet & dry
Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak in half, flatten a little with knife or cleaver. Add on steak: salt, pepper, garlic, basil, breadcrumbs and cheese. Roll, tie and brown. Then add to sauce and cook until tender.
