Parsley Flakes
Oregano
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash peppers, cut in half and clean out inside. Put on cookie sheet cut side down. Broil approximately 20 minutes or until skin chars. Remove from cookie sheet and place in paper bag for approximately 10 minutes. Remove from bag, peel off skin. Cut into strips. Add garlic, basil, parsley flakes, oregano, olive oil, salt & pepper. Let stand for 2 hours to flavor.
