1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
½ c. butter, softened
6 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. maple flavoring
2 pounds chocolate candy coating
1 c. chopped peanuts
Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and flavoring until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Shape into 1 inch balls. Melt candy coating over low heat in small saucepan. Dip balls in coating, sprinkle with peanuts. Place on wax paper lined baking sheets. Refrigerate.
