Bring to a boil:
1 cup water
1 cup margarine
Let cool.
Add and beat until glossy
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
3 tbsp cocoa
Beat in 2 eggs and add 1/2 cup buttermilk mixed with 1 tsp baking soda.

Grease and flour cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

Frosting
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup margarine
Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Beat until thick enough to spread.
