Haddock
1 Egg
Flour
Breadcrumbs
Lemon
Oil
Seasonings (salt & pepper)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fish into serving pieces. Squirt with lemon. Beat egg with water, salt & pepper. Dip fish into flour, egg and breadcrumbs and place in baking dish that contains oil. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes. Turn each piece over and bake 15 minutes more.
