2 eggs
3/4 c shortening
4 1/2 tbsp cocoa
3/4 c sour milk
2 1/4 c flour
2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c sugar
3/4 c boiling water or coffee

Directions:
Mix well, Bake 30 min at 350
*If you don't have sour milk you can make it by placing 2T of vinegar in bottom of measuring cup and then pour enough milk to have 3/4 c sour milk
*Really does taste better if you add coffee
*Rises better if you cream shortening and sugar, add eggs, then sour milk, mix dry ingredients and stir in alternately with the coffee or water.
