Frozen whole leaf spinach
Potatoes (cubed) ( optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in pan containing oil. Add veal and brown. If dry, add water. Cook until meat is tender. Add frozen spinach and cook until tender. Cook potatoes separately, then add to pan.
