Ingredients:  
1 can tomato soup (add water as needed)
1 1/2 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast (cut into bite size strips)
1 medium onion chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
2-3 stalks celery chopped
2-3 carrots chopped
Flour
2 peppers (1 red, 1 green) cut into strips
Seasonings (salt, pepper, basil, oregano)
Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken into flour, saute in hot oil 2-3 minutes. Remove chicken from pan. Saute celery, onion and carrots until slightly tender. Add tomato soup and 1 can water to vegetables. Add sautéed chicken. Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook on low until vegetables are tender. Stir often. If it gets too dry add a little water. Serve over cooked rice.
