1/2 pkg Lentils
Diced onions, carrots, celery and potatoes
Butter or margarine
Garlic and basil for seasoning
Potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in a little oil. Sort lentils and wash. Put lentils in large saucepan and cover with water. Boil until they start to become tender, then add vegetables (carrots, celery, onion, garlic). Cook potatoes separately. Add after lentils and vegetables are cooked. Add a pat of butter or margarine and stir.
