1 lb. chicken chucks
1 pkg. bacon
1/2 C. soy sauce
1 C. apricot jam
1/8 t. garlic powder
1/8 t. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crispy yet still flexible. Wrap bacon around chicken pieces; secure with a toothpick. Place in a foil lined baking dish. Bake at 350 for 10-15 mins. and pour off any juice/grease. in a blender combine soy sauce, jam, garlic, and ginger; blend. Pour mixture over chicken and place back in oven for 25 more mins.

Serve with sesame seeds, sweet and sour sauce, hot mustard, or even a salad with honey mustard dressing.
