1 lb Hashbrowns
1/3 Cup melted butter
2 Cups grated cheese
1 Cup diced ham
onions, peppers, mushrooms chopped
6 eggs
1/2 Cup of Half and Half or Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place hashbrowns in a casserole dish. Pour melted butter over hashbrowns and bake in 400 F oven for 15-20 min.

Remove from oven and add ham, onions,pepper and mushrooms.

Beat eggs; add cream to eggs then pour over casserole and top with grated cheese. Bake an additional 20-25 min at 400 F.
