Honey Buffalo Chicken Recipe

1 boneless skinless chicken breast
2-3 squirts of honey from a bottle
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup buffalo sauce

Directions:

Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces
In a bowl, add the buffalo sauce, Worcestershire and honey
Heat the bowl in the microwave for 5-10 seconds
Stir the sauce with a spoon
Put the chicken and half the sauce into a ziplock bag
Shake the bag to get everything coated

Heat the skillet to medium-medium high
Add the chicken and squeeze out as much sauce from the bag as you can
After you get some color on the chicken, add the rest of the sauce from the bowl
When the chicken has decent color, remove from pan and begin plating

Serve with carrots, celery, and bleu cheese.

This is the first meal I ever served Lauren. The sauce in the pan should not be watery by the time it is ready. If it is, cook down the liquid. It should be thick, and maybe a little syrupy.
