2 T flour
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C quick-cooking Oats, uncooked
3 T Butter or Margarine, melted
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
2 C fresh or frozen Cranberries
29 oz canned yams or sweet potatoes, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Butter 1 1/2 qrt casserole. In a medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oats, butter and spices. Stir until well mixed.
Add cranberries and yams. Toss gently. Spoon into casserole. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until cranberries have popped and are tender.

I usually use fresh sweet potatoes. I bake about 2lbs and then peel and cube, and use in place of canned yams. Either one works.
