1 8x8 pan cornbread
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 stick margarine
2 cups water
salt/pepper
2tbs. sage

Directions:
Directions:
Boil together celery butter and onion and water until vegetables are tender. Pour mixture over finely crumbled cornbread. Add salt and pepper and sage and chicken or turkey broth until very moist, nut too thick. Pour in greased pan and bake at 350º
for 45 minutes or until firm in middle. Do not overcook.
