1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. melted butter
1 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 c. sliced fresh strawberries or 10 oz. package frozen berries partially thawed
1 T. lemon juice
2 c. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients. Spread evenly in shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool. Reserve 1/2 c. crumbs for topping. Spread rest of crumbs in 9x13 inch pan. In large bowl beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar, berries and lemon juice. Beat until stiff peaks form, about 10 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon over crumb mixture in pan. Top with reserved crumbs. Freeze. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Cut into squares.
