1 16-oz Velvetta cheese, cut into small squares
1 can Rotel
1 pkg Jimmy Dean sausage, cooked & drained
1 pkg. frozen crawfish tails

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw crawfish tails and squeeze the juice from them. Cook sausage; add crawfish tails to the sausage when sausage is almost browned. Drain. Microwave velvetta cheese until melted and add Rotel; mix well. Add sausage and crawfish tails to cheese mixture. Keep dip warm and serve with chips.
