1 box cherry chip cake mix
1/4 c. margarine (or butter)
1 (8-oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/4 tsp. butter and 1/4 tsp. vanilla flavorings
1 egg
1/2 c. coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, cheese, flavorings, and egg. Add dry mix and then coconut. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350º. Cool. Cookies will be light brown around edges.
