1 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp soda ( add to the milk )
1/2 c milk
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 c margarine
1 egg
3 Tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c choc chips ( nuts can be used as well)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, margarine and egg. Add vanilla and mix again. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, and then add alternatively with the milk mixture.(Start dry and end dry.) Mix well and then stir in the choc chips. Drop by a teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 min at 350. Do not overbake.
