Romaine lettuce,
Mixed Greens,
One large fresh pear,
1/2 Feta (goat) cheese,
1/4 cup walnuts,
1/2 cup grilled chicken breast (optional),
Balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Toast walnuts in 1 tsp olive oil in a small pan on the top of the stove. Cool. Chop into small pieces.
Fill bowl with mixed greens and romaine.
Cut pear in small, bite-sized pieces.
Add feta, pear, walnuts and chicken (optional).

Serve with dressing of choice and a crispy French baguette or other great roll.
