Ingredients:  
5 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 TBSP brown sugar
1 lb lard at room temperature
1 egg
2 TBSP vinegar
and cold water to make 2/3 cup

Directions:
Directions:
Measure dry ingredients in bowl, add lard and cut with pastry blender until whole mixture is crumbly and feels moist. Beat egg well with fork, add vinegar and then water. Pour slowly over flour mixture stirring with fork. Work with hands till dough holds together.
