4 cups milk
1 cup rice
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup raisens
2 TBSP butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in milk and salt. When almost done remove from heat and add sugar, butter, vanilla, cinnamon and raisens. Stir well and bake at 350º uncovered for 20 min. Serve with cream.
Cook longer if still runny after the 20 mins. I find this is usually the case.
