2. T. cocoa
2 C. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2/3 c. sour cream
2 1/2 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
1 c. boiling water
1 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve cocoa in a small amount of boiling water. Add sugar, mix well. Add butter, beat well. Add eggs and sour cream. Set aside.

In separate bowl, mix baking soda with flour. Beat into sugar mixture. Add boiling water and vanilla. This is a THIN batter.
Pour into a greased 9" x 13" pan.
Bake at 325ºF for 45 minutes.
