Chicken Casserole with Poppy Seeds Recipe

4 Large chicken breasts
2 cans Cream of Chicken with Herbs soup
1 C. sour cream
Poppy Seeds (to taste, I use quite a bit)
Salt to taste
1 stick butter
1 sleeves Ritz crackers

Boil Chicken breasts and shred by hand. Mix soup, sour cream,
poppy seeds and salt. Add chicken. Mix well and place in
casserole dish.
Melt butter in microwave and add crushed ritz crackers.
Top casserole and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
or until browned and bubbly.
